2. What we collect

The details you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email address and anything you choose to tell us in your request.

Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type and the time of your visit, which the website needs to work and stay secure.

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

To answer your request, book your appointment or prepare a quote. This is necessary to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To keep the website safe from abuse. This is in our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

4. Health information

Our booking form doesn't ask about your health: just tell us which treatment you're interested in. If you choose to mention symptoms or medication anyway, we only use them to arrange your appointment, and only clinical and front-desk staff bound by confidentiality can see them (Article 9(2)(h) GDPR).

Your dental records and medical history are taken at your first visit and handled as explained in the patient information you receive at the clinic.

5. How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we need to deal with them and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law (for example, tax rules) requires us to keep some records for longer.

6. Who else sees it

The provider of the platform that hosts this website and forwards your requests to us processes them on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). Its servers are in the European Union.

We don't transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

7. Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, so we don't ask for your consent.

The map only opens if you click “Open in Google Maps”, on Google's own website, which has its own privacy policy.

8. Your rights
